How does “Savings Guaranteed” work?
If you do not benefit from at least $39 of savings at the end of your membership year, please email hello@tenlittle.com and we will refund the difference in the form of store credit.
Savings will be calculated based on 10% discount to products you have purchased plus any waived shipping and return fees.
Can I combine my membership discount with other discounts?
The 10% membership discount cannot be stacked with other discount codes or bundles but it is automatically applied to marked down products (indicated by a strike-through sale price). If there is a sitewide discount that’s a better option for your purchase, you will be able to switch to that offer at checkout by entering the relevant discount code. Please note all brands on Ten Little, including those that are usually excluded from promotions, are exclusively eligible for our membership program discount.
How do I manage my membership?
Please visit the My Membership page in your account. Your membership will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase. We will send you an email reminder ahead of your next renewal. You may cancel your annual renewal from your account if you choose to do so. Please note that active memberships can not be canceled, however, we do offer a Savings Guarantee.
